QuestionWhen watching the news I’m getting the soap Opera effect where it looks video taped vs live news. The picture looks weird movements to perfect I hear it is motion smoothing but can’t find the setting for it. Support was no help.

- Answer Hi there, please perform steps below: 1- Unplug the television from the power outlet. 2- Remove all connections from the back of the television. 3- While everything is unplugged, press and hold the "Power" button on your TV for 60 seconds. 4- Connect all devices back into the television, making sure all of them are properly connected 5- Plug the set to the power outlet, if possible, to a different power outlet or a surge protector 6- Turn it on and test it. QuestionI just got this tv after setting it up it turns off every 15 minutes I called the store they sent me a new one for exchange the new one is doing the same thing turning off after like 20 minutes what's up?

- Answer The echo show comes in it’s own little box separate from the TV. You should definitely call and go back to the store where you picked it up and show the email with the barcode showing that the echo show is ready to he picked up.

QuestionIs there an automatic volume stabilizing control for Commercials for this model? If not please suggest a model that has. My other Insignia TVs have them evidently. The commercials on my main TV are so loud it’s maddening.

- Answer You should return it, and get a replacement. Mine did a similar thing, and when I went into the store they made arrangements to drop off a new one, and picked up the old one.
