I think the pressure is predetermined based on what setting you choose when cooking (ex: meat, chicken or fish, rice, etc.). It makes it challenging when using other recipes for say an instapot. You can manually increase or decrease the time you pressure cook something so for me it's kinda of trial and error! Sorry I'm not much help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don’t change the pressure. You only change the time. The controls are a little bit deceiving in this regard. Pressing the more button just adds more time not more pressure
