“Does this pressure cooker go up to 15psi? If not are there any that do that won't break the bank but are reliable?”

• I have no way of measuring the pressure but I will tell you this: just by operating it and seeing how long it takes foods to cook, I can tell the pressure is much higher than a previous 4 qt instant pot I had previously. It is a fast cooking high pressure pot, IMHO.

• It appears to. It will cook dry beans just as quickly as my 35 year old pressure cooker with the 15lb weight on. For me it seems to work just as well if not better. I use it on a regular basis.
