“How do you use the pressure cooking feature? I got this as a gift for someone..my instapot in still new to has a pressure cooking button but I dont see that on this "pressure" cooker”

All the silver buttons along the outside are just preset pressure cooking times for commonly cooked items. Essentially the cooker defaults to pressure cooking and you can manually set a pressure cooking time with the center black buttons. You can also use it to a sear/stovetop, slow cook and also warm a meal, all of these options are also selected through the center black buttons. Cheers!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You use the manual button on the Insignia Pressure Cooker just like the "pressure cook" button on the Instapot. Once you press the manual button you will be able to use the + and - buttons to set your time to pressure cook whatever food you like.
