QuestionWill the 6 qt Instapot stainless steel inner pot be used for this to replace the teflon inner pot?

- Answer Yes, I bought it and it is a perfect fit. Interestingly, the bottom is flat where the teflon one is rounded, and that gives it a little more capacity.

QuestionIs the stand supposed to stand on the baseplate inside the cooker? Mine is too wide for its legs to stay on the base plate but not wide enough for the legs to go in the gap between the baseplate and the outer wall of the cooker. So it's never level.

- Answer There is a 6 quart and a larger 8 quart. You can steam vegetables and rice wonderfully. Chickens are moist and tender. Just make sure that you don't get a chicken that is larger than your pot so that it will fit and you are able to close the lid easily.

QuestionWhere can you get accessories for the Insignia multi purpose cooker? I had to order a set of what said to be compatible for InstaPot from Amazon and hope they fit. I read the reviews so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

- Answer Best Buy has the stainless cook pots. I have read reviews that Instapot parts are interchangeable with Insignia but have not myself used them. If you find a good source please post it. Thanks.

QuestionWhat’s a pot lid holder and what accessories come with it?

- Answer Most instant pots have openings in the handles to put the lid in when done steaming, this does not. It comes with a stainless steel rack that fits inside so you can put salmon on it without the salmon touching the liquid that you use to create the pressure inside. And a measuring cup that goes up to 3/4 cup and a rice scoop.

- Answer Yes, it can cook rice. I think at least 5 cups of rice. I cook 3 cups of rice with 6 chicken drumsticks or thighs in it. And that is only half of the pot.
