- Answer No. You can load a flash drive with photos and then put it into the frame to take the photos from that, or add them directly to the frame from the computer.

QuestionDifferent ways to download to frame?I have pics on my cell phone, Nikon Coolpix camera and my laptop. Will I be able to download to the frame w/o having to keep my SD card in the frame? Are my Samsung Galaxy III and HP Pavilion laptop compatible w/the frame? I just returned one to WalMart b/c I had to leave the SD card in pemanently. Make sense?

- Answer Files are transferrable to the frame's internal memory via USB connection. They cannot, however, be transferred from one portable memory device (ex: SD card) to the frame or vice versa. If you wish to view files stored on an SD card, then the SD card will need to remain in the frame.

- Answer Yes and yes. You can load pictures directly from the computer using the USB cable and you can also load the pictures onto an SD card. I personally used the cord, and it was extremely easy!!

QuestionDo the pictures play on a loop?I wouldn't have to manually keep skipping to the next picture, right? It does that on its own (slideshow mode)?

- Answer Yes, the pictures do play on a loop. It does have a slideshow mode and will continue the show until you turn off the unit. The thing it is missing is a "run schedule" feature that lets you set a start and stop time. With this frame you have to turn it on and off manually.

QuestionWhat happens if you delete the Demo mode?I accidentally deleted the Demo mode, will the digital picture frame automatically create a file when i put in a USB? I would like to see beautiful pictures on the 8" digital picture frames which we just purchased from Best Buy. Thank you for your time.

- Answer I'm pretty positive I also deleted the Demo mode.. but on purpose. When I uploaded the pictures it immediately created a new file.

- Answer The stand is adjustable in that it allows the frame orientation to be portrait or landscape. The frame angle is not adjustable.

- Answer Your camera may not be a compatible memory device with the Frame. Try inserting the memory card from your camera directly into the Digital Photo Frame. Also, ensure that your photos are in standard JPEG format. You may also transfer the photos from your camera to a computer, and then to a USB flash drive or the Frame's internal memory. I hope this helps.
