Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not own an X-Box and so I am unfamiliar with the layout of it's components, but if the air is induced at the bottom I would follow the airflow. If you blow in from the top, any dirt there will be blown back into the interior. Is it possible to remove the container and expose the guts? I would tend to do that and then blow air where you can see any dust and where the dust can get away, rather than be blown over other components and maybe make a bad job worse.
