A:Answer This is our 2nd Air Fryer. The first one said to pre-heat for 4 minutes and this one does not have a pre-heat setting. I haven't used pre-heat for some of the things I have made, i.e., fries, hamburgers, just to give you some idea. Works out fine without the pre-heat. Good luck with your new Air Fryer. It's really very nice!
