Where do you put charger. Cord to charge block null

It only fits one way in the small plug on the end of the portable charging device next to the button. There is blue blinking lites when it is charging. Then 4 blue solid lites when it is fully charged. The other end goes in a USB port on your computer or any device or plug where you have a USB port it will work to charge your charger.
