• You will be able to use the Lightning Cable that your iPhone came with to charge your device from the battery pack. Realistically, you should be able to fully recharge your phone (1,821 mAh) from dead about 3 - 4 times. I get 2 full charges with an iPhone 11 Pro Max (3969 mAh).

• I use the both chargers alternately, as needed, on my iPhone 7. I am not familiar to the iPhone SE, but if it's newer than the iPhone 7, it should work. I continue to charge my iPhone until the phone indicates it is at 100%.
