When it is circling it is trying to reach pressure. Once it does then it will count down cooking time. Make sure you have not filled past line on the inner pot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It keeps circling until it is hot and then turns the time on. This answer is in the book although I missed it too until I reread it. I don't know why you would have that much water in it, it only takes a cup of water.. Are you making soup? It would take that long to build up steam.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The circle could show for up to 30 mins or more. Depends on what your cooking and for how many mins it takes. The circle is your pot building pressure to cook. If you use alot of fluid in pot it does take longer. Couple times mine circled for 45 mins or more.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The level of the water is the issue. You may have to much water in there. The counter closewise spinningnis the just the cooler heating up. If it is still doing that after 30 minutes, try decreasing the water level and if it doesn’t work after 10-15 minutes of heating up, I’d return to the store
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you have too much water in it. You're not supposed to fill it to the top. It can't build pressure that way. What are you cooking with that much water? I've cooked a 3lb roast with only 1 cup of water.
