“As I know rice cooker is healthier for cooking rice compared to pressure cooker (not very healthy for rice to be cooked in high temperature). what system does this one use for rice? the same as other pressure cookers or a system like rice cookers?”

Most rice cookers has a tiny hole In their lids, this allows for the access steam to escape. This cooker operates in the same way, simply ensure that the valve is turned to let the steam escape while cooking rice. The rice is not pressure cooked.
