The manual lists some of the cycles (Slow Cook, Sear, Keep Warm) as non-pressure, but I just wasted an hour this morning learning that the Oatmeal setting has no pressure (not stated in the manual). I had to re-cook using the Bean setting, which does have pressure. The manual is terrible. There is no mention of high vs low pressure, I suspect it uses the same for every cycle, or else it sets them internally, there's no adjustable setting. It seems to require a lot of trial and error to figure out what each cycle does. Now I know that if the cook time starts counting down immediately, before the pressure button pops up, it's non-pressure. Or else my unit is broken.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every option except slow cook and keep warm is a pressure cooker option.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no separate button. It will automatically pressure cook . This model has options to use it also as a slow cooker , braise/browning feature, etc. Get a good cook book. Or check out recipes online. Super easy to use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The buttons on this device are categorized by food type and general overall pressure cooker times for each type. The manual explains some of this. Example "meat" = 30 mins pressure cooking. You can add more or less cook time by pressing one of the preset food types first, then press "time cook", to adjust the desired pressure cook time.
