QuestionSomeone mentioned that one could add a keyboard tray. Then, I saw another comment state this wouldn't work. Does this model allow for one to affix a keyboard trey under the desk or to clamp it on? Thanks.

- Answer From the different answers to this question, my estimate is that you could add a desktop tray, but that it would likely project beyond the front edge of the desk, due to a crossbar under the desk.

QuestionMy desk did not work after I assembled it. It doesn’t go up nor down. When I press the down button it clicks but that is it. Anyone have any recommendations? I really like it and don’t want to return it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

QuestionCan this monitor hold two 24" monitors?

- Answer I mounted two monitors, using the Mount-It! Full Motion Dual Monitor Desk Mount With Gas Spring Arms (also from BestBuy). After a couple months, I decided to move my dual monitors to a seated desk. This desk held the monitors fine, but I got tired of moving my standing desk treadmill to and from this. So, I use this standing desk with the treadmill and my laptop while catching up on emails and watching webinars, and a fixed height desk the rest of my working day.

QuestionI just put together the desk and the legs are uneven. Is there a way to reset it or did I get one of the wrong legs?

- Answer I have the same issue. Why has nobody answered this question from support? Both legs are clearly different lengths by an inch an a half and there seems to be no way to adjust the rod in the leg base. Did you get it figured out!

QuestionI literally just put this standing desk and the power dies, I tried different outlets and light led on the power adapter turns off and doesn’t come back on. It’s dead.

- Answer It did not come assembled. I had to assemble it myself. However, it's a very simple install. Takes maybe 20-30. If you cannot assemble it, Geek Squad may offer a service
