This is the most STUPID design flaw, I thought I was doing something wrong, it takes all the power away from the tool and pet brush attachment, The suction for the attachments is just not a good design. AND why would you want the roller & brush to keep going while your using the tools, Besides wearing out the motor & brush, you could hurt yourself as lifting the vacuum it could catch you or piece of your clothing. The guy who designed this is a true Moron. How hard could be to have a switch to stop the main Rollers & have all power & suction going to tool hose. ?????? Sometimes I think most people are just f....ing stupid. Obviously we have a lot of bright people out there but......some have no common sense. Now I know I will have to return.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, mine does not stop, nor does it have a button for that option. It also keeps spinning while upright, which sometimes is not good for certain carpets. But the sheer power, ease of use, maneuverability, and convenience of being so lightweight for carrying wins me over big time -- especially at the price it is offered. This is a great choice for a vac.
