- Answer No. They don't truly support Windows 7. It's a hit or miss, but it seems their newer drivers removed functionality for Windows 7

- Answer There are drivers in the package. Install these drivers with Windows 8.1 compatibility selected. Or, Troubleshoot compatibility of the install program, and accept settings.

- Answer I had the same problem. If using Windows10, there should be no problems, just Windows7. You should check the forums for a compatible driver. I think it is a ASUS driver. Sorry I don’t remember the site.

- Answer Yes, it should work. You would just connect your PS4 controller to your PC Bluetooth like normal after plugging this into a USB 2.0 port (do not plug it in a USB 3.0 because it will cause interference and not work properly)

- Answer No. It only creates a Bluetooth connection for a laptop that doesn't already have one. The device you plug it into must be able to install a driver.

- Answer I have not paired this with an Apple Wireless Mouse, however, I did pair it with an Apple Wireless Keyboard and it works great. Be careful though, you may not get full functionality out of your mouse when you pair it in Windows.

- Answer It took me a bit to get it to function but plug it in then go to windows update. Click check for updates. It should say optional updates. Click on that and the adapter should be listed. Click on it to update and windows will finally see it.

- Answer Not sure whether or not this is compatible with macOS (and the images of the packaging are labeled "For Windows PCs"), but the comment above saying that this requires a "proprietary cable" is nonsense. This dongle has a standard USB Type A connector. The 2011 MBPs come with two USB 2.0 ports, so physically this should work just fine. Also, multiple other answers in this thread (including one from "Cesar G. - Insignia Support") states that this works fine with MacBook Pros.

- Answer Windows update should be able to give the driver. What I would do is plug it into the computer, go to devices under computer management and scan for hardware changes. It should pop up and you can then right click and update drive.
