The scroll wheel is made of rubber, and its the only part made of rubber.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It looks like the scroll wheel is made of rubber. It has a nice tactile feel. Other than the scroll wheel, there isn't any other rubber on this mouse. There are two slippery plastic pads on the bottom of the mouse which may be made of some polyethylene/teflon type material. You can use the mouse on most any flat surface. You can't go wrong with this mouse.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the mouse wheel is rubbery textured. It's the only drawback to this mouse- it scrolls slowly and the scroll itself feels relatively cheap. Totally passable though.
