“I cannot remove the bottom portion of this case from my airpod pro case. Can someone please help? Thanks”

• Encountered the same problem. I removed the top portion, put it under a desk lamp to warm it up slightly, plugged in the lightning connector, then applied force up through the connector until the airpods case pushed out. Will still return this though since it can get stuck easily and wouldn't want to risk the airpods case getting broken trying to get it out like others have.

• the problem is that the iridescent version is hard plastic. it doesn't roll down at all

• Remove the top first and then slide the bottom of the case down.

• How is it stuck? It's a flimsy silicone that you should be able to roll off if need be. You can just pull it away from the AirPod case and literally stretch it off.
