Can I use to connect amazon fire stick to my laptop? null

You can use this to connect any device that has a data port but you need an HDMI , Just plug in the data prt side and your standard HDMI and your good to go

Most likely your laptop port is an output and you cannot use your fire stick with this adapter.

You should be able to download apps from the internet over chrome. The fire stick is useful to make an old TV into a smart TV. With a computer you can find what you need online.

Probably not without some software behind it. This is a 2 way communication for a simple monitor signal. The flow is generally from the PC thru the display circuit to the monitor.
