You can pair the Insignia™ - Fire TV Replacement Remote with your Insignia Smart Fire TV without needing to go to Settings. One method is to press and hold the Home button on the remote for up to 30 seconds, which should initiate the pairing process. If the Power On/Off and input switching functions are the only ones working, it seems your remote is not fully paired with the TV yet. Try the pairing process again, and if it still doesn't work, you might need to check the batteries. If it still doesn't work, you may contact our customer service team for further assistance.
