- Answer The galaxy tablets are all android systems! The Insignia tablet is basically the same! Less some preinstalled apps like kindle and some others that you can still get off the apps store if wanted! I' m pleased with it so far. A little learning curve cause used to my Samsung galaxy, but all in all well worth it considering the cost dif!!!

QuestionWe just received this as a gift for our young child. We are having a hard time finding a way to put blocks on the YouTube and Internet in general. Any recommendations for this or do we need to take it to the store to do it? Thanks

- Answer You should be able to disable apps from the tablet as well as the internet access. You can also choose to limit internet access to specific devices through your internet provider which you can do yourself from a laptop or PC!

QuestionI just bought this tablet a few days ago. It seems to work fine, but every now and then it makes this soft kind of scratchy sound. This happens even when it's not in use. Should I go an try to exchange it or is this normal?

QuestionHow does one connect a bluetooth wireless mouse or keyboard to this tablet? All that I have seen require a USB dongle (connectivity device) which requires a USB port. I do not find one of those on this tablet.

- Answer Huge difference in thickness and quality of build - both in favor of the Samsung product. The Samsung has a resilient screen whereas the Insignia tablet becomes scratched with minor use.
