• YOU MUST FIRST FORMAT THE CARD FIRST!! You can do that when you are first setting up the dash cam on the main menu of the device. Then your problem will be solved. NO SD card comes formatted... so you're going to get a memory error at first. Don't freak if you see a memory error, it just means you must format first, and it only takes a couple of seconds with the device to do that.
