You may need to change the channel of your headset. If your PBX offers an echo test, you might try that and play around with the headset type selection switch on the headset. That is how I configured my headset with my VoIP phones. I am not sure what kind of PBX you are using, but I am using Asterisk. On my system, Echo Test is reached by dialing *43 on the phone.
