I used it on my Bose player inside my 2015 Altima 3.5 SL. It worked fine. It will play all the way through and then announce that it is done cleaning. But it will not reject it once done. It will stay in the CD player until you remove it as it did for me. I believe you should have no problem even on the portable-type Bose Wave AM/FM/CD player. It will have English and Spanish on the CD player. Make sure after you get to Track 2 that you forward it to Track 9 as stated; otherwise, you will be hearing the directions in Spanish until it reaches the end.

It had been skipping track one completely [heartbreaking when trying to hear Jussi Bjoerling Pearl Fishers Duet on Track 1!] and then all other tracks breaking up and usually just stopping. I read that this lens cleaner did not clean slotted player only after I bought it online. But we tried anyway after reading answers here. Our player was so bad that the audio instructions were all messed up - so we ended up running it through several times since we weren't sure we'd done it right. Now, the only issues is that there is a very short skip at the beginning of track 1 - then the rest of the cd plays beatifully. beautifully.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe this should work just fine in your Bose system. I used it in my car's 6-CD changer, which also does not have a tray but a slot and it fed through, played, and ejected without issue plus it resolved the skipping issue I was experiencing.
