• A:Answer For Europe the the plug has a separate ground at the edge of the outlet. This plug adapter does not have that ground connection.. Just like the phone chargers in the states do not have a ground plug...

• A:Answer Worked in thailand but everwhere i went in thailand the american style adapters also worked. Unless your staying in a Buddist temple your plug should work, it might even work in the temple idk.
