• If you have a iphone you go to settings, bluetooth and it should appear under my devices.

• why would you take a TV camping? (just kidding) it has an Aux-In capability (see photo) so if your TV has an output that can be plugged into normal computer type speakers this will work.

• Just like you pair any blue tooth device to your phone. Go to settings on your phone and enable the bluetooth. Your phone will find the device - NS-SPBTBRICK. Select it and it will pair. If it doesn't pair, see if your phone is already paired with another device - your fitbit, the car's hands-free device, your television, etc. If so, kill that connection (have it disconnect and/or "forget the device") and repeat.
