What does the blinking red light mean? null

The red blinking light means the block is done and out of charge. At this point disconnect your device and reconnect the block to the power line to begin recharging it.

Means it is charging/low. When it is blue it is fully charged.

The red light blinking indicates that the battery is low on battery and should be recharged soon.

I believe the blinking red light means it is not fully charged. When the device is fully charged, the light is blue. Using the included black cable, you must plug in the stick to a USB port on a computer, or to a USB to electrical outlet connection and let the stick charge until the light is blue.
