• I used it to connect a DVD/VHS recorder to my Samsung smart tv....It works great and I don't see why it wouldn't work as well for a game console. I was unable to successfully connect using the hardware provided by Samsung, possibly because the recorder is older technology and incompatible. Besides, you can always return it!!

• It worked for a Wii, so I would think it would for anything with RCA cables.
