Go to settings, select sound or audio, then select PCM.

With my TV, I had to use the TV remote to program options on the set. When I got to "Setup" there were about have dozen choices for things like "picture" etc. I chose "sound" to find more choices like "concert hall" etc. and then one for where the output should go. My choices were "internal speakers" or "external". When I chose external, another menu opened up for just how the audio should be sent. One of those choices was "PCM".
