My head phones have shut down on me randomly for no apparent reason.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought these wireless headphones in July 2020. Today is September 13, 2020. The headphones stopped working. Up until this time they were great. I left the headphones off of the charger all night and about noon yesterday, Sept 12, put them on the charger. Result 10 hours later: no sound. I've unplugged the charging unit in an attempt to reset: nothing. I unplugged the digital optical cable to reset it and plugged it back in. Nothing. I'm hearing impaired and really liked these headphones. The warranty is 15 days so I'm up a creek. I should have bought the extended warranty, but life is full of "should haves."
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought these headphones a month ago. They worked okay for about three weeks. Now, they will not chage and shut down after about two minutes. These are JUNK! Needless to say, I did not buy the warranty deal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had this same headset for several months. At first it worked great but now the right side stops delivering sound. Flexing the headset lightly can make it come back for a while but it drives me crazy. The left side always works good. It is an internal problem that I think can't be be fixed. Your problem is different but probably caused by the same condition. Talk to Best Buy about a more reliable substitute. It may cost more but make sure they know it will be more reliable. Bob
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My husband had the exact same problem. He finally ended up returning the headphones. They were on sale so maybe that old adage “You get what you pay for” is true.
