- Answer Press and hold power to turn on your speaker. The LED indicator blinks blue quickly and your speaker automatically enters pairing mode. On your iPad go to Settings > turn on Bluetooth and select Insignia Sonic. When your speaker is paired to your iPad, the LED indicator lights solid blue.

QuestionWhat kind of battery does it have in it

- Answer It’s a sealed battery so hard to be sure exactly what kind of battery it is. The device is charged with a micro USB cable or can just be plugged in permanently and you never have to worry about charging it. I always keep mine plugged in so I’m not sure how long it would keep charge after unplugged.

QuestionMy Sonic Portable speaker had been working perfectly. But in the last 2 days it has paired with my receiver OK , but then immediately turns off (unpairs?). What's my problem? I had just taken it off the charger, so it didn't need charging.
