QuestionCan the tripod rotate with the phone horizontally nd vertically to capture landscape nd portrait photos? And can the neck of the tripod move to capture different angles?

- Answer The tripod will only hold the phone horizontally. You could probably bend the legs to set up portrait shots, but it would not be ideal. The neck of the tripod can move up and down (like shaking your head yes). It can not rotate left and right.

QuestionThe remote button is DEAD after one week of non-use after being taken out of the package and used one day. How do you change OR recharge the battery? How do you turn the bluetooth OFF so the battery doesn't go dead so quickly?

- Answer No they don't, they do bend and are flexible, it's very useful to take pictures and group selfies. I also like the wireless remote that comes with it, just connect to your phones bluetooth and click to take pictures, in order for remote to work you must have your phones camera in camera mode, hope this is helpful to you.

- Answer A vertical surface easily. Horizontal surface probably but may depend on weight and size of phone. You may need to bend legs and rest something heavy against one leg to counterbalance the phone. Your phone may also be too close to the photo to capture it all or to properly focus. Better place photo against vertical surface and move the tripod closer or further as needed .

- Answer The tripod is made to hold the phone horizontally but because the legs are bendable I'm sure theirs a way to wrap the legs around a pole or something like that to allow vertical shots. It's a very versatile tripod imo. And the Bluetooth works for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It should work for the S7 & most Samsung phones.

- Answer Pair the remote with your phone and make sure it is connected. Turn on the remote with the switch on the edge. Set your phone's camera to video mode, and press the button to start recording. Press it again to stop.

- Answer The remote has nothing to do with the tripod. The remote is just for the phone. The phone I used for this shutter is the Galaxy A20 so this shutter should work.

- Answer It fits iPhone 11 the way it is pictured.. horizontally. You can place the phone in the holder and lay the tripod on the side if you just need it to stand upright/vertically. I purchased more for the remote than the stand. I lost a previous remote and couldn’t find the same remote w accessories so I purchased this setup/combo. The holder is spring loaded so it accommodates many sizes of phones. Bluetooth connection is easier if you turn on the remote and then turn off/in Bluetooth connection on your phone each time,; even though the device name is already listed to choose from and has previously been paired with your phone.

- Answer No, this tripod doesn't feature a screw to hold the camera. The model NS-SFLX6B has a 1/4" standard mount screw for camera.
