A:AnswerIf you are referring to the two vertical dividers that creates the three sections of the TV stand, be sure that they are not "hiding" in a cardboard section. They are somewhat think and light weight. I had set mine aside thinking I was just laying cardboard aside when they were actually contained within the cardboard.

A:AnswerI think you should be able to return it as long as you are within the time frame of BB return policy. Just know that this product is pretty heavy when disassembled and in the box. I wouldn't want to be moving or hauling it around much. As far as assembly, it's rather easy to do, it just takes a while.
A:AnswerThat should fit fine on the center shelves. So long as your receiver is no more than 20 inches wide it should fit. Note that you'll need an extra couple inches of depth over the measure of the receiver's case to accommodate the wiring connections. This stand gives you about 21 or 22 inches of depth to work with. That should fit most every AV receiver out there. As to height, you'll have about 4 or more inches of head space to work with. That should give some room for the air to circulate around your receiver.
A:AnswerA smallish oval hole near the bottom of each space to run cables is the only way for heat to escape with the glass door closed. The back panels can be easily removed and you can drill a row of holes in the back panel just below the shelf and the top to allow heat to escape and also not be an eye sore from a seated position.
