Does this support VLAN's? null

That's your router's job. Not your ethernet adapter.

It is a physical connector, it does know anything about VLANs. VLANS happen a few layers up the stack. This is layer 1 only, physical.

It should as VLAN is an internal network setting and all this adapter plug does is give you a network connection to somewhere within your network through a USB port on your PC/laptop. The requirements for a VLAN are not determined by this device. This device just gives you a network connection, then your router/switch is what determines where you go from there, through a VLAN, a VPN, etc...
