• Sorry about that first reply! I meant to say you have to hold down the Fn button while you press F11 and F12 to control the volume! Hope that helps!

• For the Insignia tv hold FN button volume up F3 and volume down F2.

• On the keyboard: Press the F12 button for up, and F11 for down. F10 mutes the sound.
