“Is there a cap lock indicator light? It states LED for caps in description but I don't see it in the image, isn't it usually right on the cap lock key? Thanks!”

Yes. Look on the right top corner of the keyboard, right under the INSIGNIA logo. There are three LEDs: Num Lock, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock.
