• It doesn't have any straps or anything and both sides are exposed so it is easy to plug headphones in. It should work with the v90, since it just uses the google cardboard app for it.

• Yes I have used it on my LG v10 and G5. And several other phones. But remember it is a 10 dollar VR. It is cool to see but not the greatest.

• Yes on the headphones as the cord can go through the crack. Not sure on the V90, my phone is 6" diagonal (Moto g4), and there is some variance allowed in size.
