I have the same problem with disconnecting. I own 2 of these devices. The second one, which is further away from the router, never disconnects nor do any other WiFi electronics I own. It is frustrating to unplug and plug it back in almost every day. Some days more than one time. It occurs mostly overnight when we are not streaming online. Good thing I didn't buy it for the alarm clock. I would oversleep all the time. I am returning it as I am sure the problem is the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same problem. I have reconfigured this speaker multiple times an it always looses it connection and required reconfiguration a few hours later. We have tried close and farther from the router. I do not have this issue with other devices on the same network located further away from the router. This seems to be a product issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought mine last week and I unfortunately threw the box away. Mines going back to Best Buy. I have 6 Google Homes and that are farther away from the my router than this POS. What a joke. Every day I have to reconnect it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine kept constantly disconnecting from my wi-fi. My router has a 2.4 Ghz an 5 Ghz Wi-fi connection, so yesterday I went in and changed the settings so that both the 2.4 and 5 Wi-fi have different names. Since I've done that, it has not lost the wi-fi connection. I hoping it stays that way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem, I have several devices on in the 2.4 Ghz wifi and they never lose connection. The fact that you have to power cycle the device to reconnect is crazy, a normal wifi device should reconnect automatically, provided they have the implemented the wifi protocols correctly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The problem is that the speaker only supports 2.4Ghz wifi. Your router is hosting wifi connections on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz with the 5Ghz connection being given precedence. Make sure you are connecting to the 2.4Ghz host. If you don't see 2 options for your wifi connection, as someone else mentioned, go into the router and rename the connections with different names, for example "surveillance-2.4" and "surveillance-5" then connect to surveillance -2.4 specifically. When using the Home app to configure the speaker your phone and the speaker need to be on the same 2.4Ghz network so make sure your phone is connected to surveillance-2.4 before configuring the speaker.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s not the product. It’s your WiFi. If your WiFi is being over consumed it weekend the strength and the product disconnects from it. Try resetting your WiFi.
