I also have a garage door opener that is usually incompatible. But this Insignia device worked! Check the wiring on your garage door opener. Mine had three wires coming from the ceiling but two of them were connected into the same two (red/white) ports on the opener. I figured out that those two wires had to be the door obstruction sensors down near the base of the garage door. The third wire was split into ports 3 and 4, and that meant it was coming from the hard-wired, interior door opener button (which you pictured). I wired this Inignia into those same ports and it worked. So basically, this Insignia works as a second, hard-wired interior door button but with WIFI and Apple HomeKit and Siri control. And this is why the instructions say the existing interior door opener should not have a ‘learn’ button; because it it does, it means it is not hard-wired into the garage door opener, and this Insignia needs those ports to share.

The reference to "Learn Button" in the instructions relates to the wall control unit in your garage, not the back of your garage motor unit (which in nearly all cases do have a learn/program button). Since your wall control unit lacks this Learn button, it indicates it is a basic push button control (not a smart wall remote) and hence it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have a red "learn" button that is contained on/within the garage door opener itself? If so, it should work. Basically the Insignia device is wired in as if it was another open/close button, connecting with 2 wires to the same terminals as your existing button does, but triggers via HomeKit rather than physically pushing a button. If you have a wireless button - I cannot tell from you picture, I don't know if it would work the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All it requires on the garage door opener is the 2 wire connections that your wall switch would wire into. You just twist the wires on this unit onto those wire connections.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am pretty sure I have the exact same garage door opener and it has been working well for me so far. PS see my review for tips on setup. After doing 2, (2 garage doors) I think I could set it up in less than 10 minutes now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, based on the photo you provided of your wall control panel, your garage opener is one of the compatible types.
