Means not connected to wifi anymore....hold button at bottom of switch for 15 second till here a click to rest....or pull off cover plate and there is a pin hole on right side, stick a paper clip into hole for 2 seconds to reset and then do the 15 second reset as well....if that fails re boot your own wifi...if that fails return it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe that means your switch is not connected to WiFi. When you say you're able to use it normally, do you mean you're able to use it as a smart switch, i.e., control it with the Insignia Control App? If not, then that would seem to confirm that you are not WiFi connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am also having the same problem. I it is connected to the WiFi, because it works and responds to HomeKit commands. I’ve tried resetting with the button at the bottom (15 seconds) and the pin hole and reset button. Everything works just flashing constantly, like it’s broke.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This likely means that you haven't actually paired it with your HomeKit app. If you press and hold, the light will start flashing, and then continue until you hear a second click. Then pair it and the light should go away. You can also use the Best Buy Connect app to disable the LED at night by tapping on the switch, then tap the "i" icon and disable the LED.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the green light is blinking it means the switch has lost connection to the internet. It shouldn't work if not connected. There should be a solid green light. If you have a blinking green light go through the steps to reconnect to the internet/wifi.
