Most likely, as it works on my iPhone with an adaptor. You can find adaptors for a good price on Amazon. Good luck!

Out of the box no. The connector is micro USB for the mic and it goes in to a USB A which a phone doesn't have. However it may work if a micro USB micro USB cable, or a female USB A to micro USB adapter is used.
