• The power button is on the side one of the three. If feeling with your finger or trying to press on/off it is the larger one.

• Yes, there is a power button. It is the middle of the "3" that you are referring to. It's great because all functions are on the same side. The middle button also acts as the "answer and hangup" button if you are choosing to connect to your phone. The outer buttons function as "next song" or "Volume up" or "Volume down". They are very simple to use and the headset charges quickly with a mini USB charger.
