• Hello Abby, thanks for the inquiry. Yes, the unit does come with a standard mounting gasket. It's the black rubber piece mounted on the disposal.

• Yes, there is a new rubber flange inside the unit. It also includes a new black drain plug if you want to fill the side of the sink with water that has fhe garbage disposal.
