• A:Answer The old original version, not the Vertuo. And you can make 12 ounces cups of coffee using the old version pod twice (each gives you 6 ounces of coffee/espresso). I really like this coffee machine as I can use K-cups and Nespresso Original.

Q: QuestionWe can brew 1 oz only from Nespresso capsules. But from your machine, we can brew minimum 2 oz from Nespresso only line. Brew is very watery. How can I adjust my brew size?

• A:Answer Hi there Rakesh. The Dual Pod has multiple brewing Sizes: 8, 10, and 12 oz K-cup; 2, 4, and 6 oz Nespresso. The sizes cannot be adjusted.

Q: QuestionUnfortunately, your answer about descaling is somewhat lacking. 1. What "household cleaner" are you referring to? 2. Your 3 parts of citric acid to 100 parts of water solution seems too weak and will likely result in an irremovable lime buildup.

While making espresso, it will use 20 bars of high pressure, and while making K-cups, it will use a lower amount of pressure.
