• The Duo is a more basic model. It has a manual seal and a cheaper LCD display. The Nova has the slightly nicer display and it seals (if necessary) on it's own when you shut the lid. There are some comments and articles on the internet about the Nova coming with an extra rubber seal, but according to their website Duos are supposed to come with a spare seal too these days.
