Try the Instant Pot app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there is a lot of information free online (like how to cook a whole chicken or how to make bone broth). For healthy recipes, I was given "The Fresh and Healthy Instant Pot Cookbook" by Megan Gilmore. It says it's authorized by Instant Pot. The book also has a solid intro on the dos and don'ts in cooking with an Instant Pot. Enjoy!

Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer to your question is obvious but limited. Every pressure cooker regardless of brand, comes with a cookbook. But what comes free with the product is a small number of recipes, basically a starter. The popularity of the Instant Pot in all sizes and versions is off the charts because of the internet, and how easy it is to use. You can find Instant Pot cook books and thousands of recipes which are constantly updated on YouTube with step by step videos showing how to from start to finish. If you don't have internet access you can purchase the cookbooks with different numbers of recipes at Walmart or anywhere that sells the Instant Pots, which is everywhere. I really hope you have internet access, because the world opens up for the Instant Pot on YouTube. I have only had mine for a few weeks, and I have another so-called top of the line pressure cooker that I paid $167 for that I have donated to the Salvation Army. I have cooked 13 different items in my Duo Nova Instant Pot, and everything I have made has been Oh My God! good. No muss, no fuss, this product exceeds my every expectation. The first thing I cooked was a whole rotisserie chicken with potatoes and carrots, it took 30 minutes and turned out "smack yo' Mama" good, better than Boston Market on it's best day.
