The interior dimensions are 14.5 x 12.5 x 10. The baking rack is 14 1/2 x 12. As far as a 9 x 13 baking pan, that depends upon how wide the handles are. As you know, the handle width varies widely from pan to pan. So, for example, you could put a disposable 9 x 13 aluminum (lasagna) pan with no handles in there with no difficulty. Some pans will fit; some won't.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have owned this over for a year now, and I bake almost everything in it. The 1/4 baking sheet fits perfectly. As I have baked more items in this oven, I have discovered that I sometimes need to reduce the baking temperature by 25 degrees F and reduce the cooking time. My breads (sourdough, biscuits, scones, and "regular" sandwich bread) bake perfectly in this amazing oven, as do brownies, cookies, and pizza. I rarely use my regular oven, as this unit works so well.
