QuestionI placed an order for the instant Omni plus am I not getting the plus? I’m paying 199.00 and I thought it’s the plus but it’s showing two different pictures

- Answer The one in the picture is in fact NOT the omni plus, However the Plus IS the item i Recieved. I also was Suspicious of the pictured item but recieved the Omni Plus and I LOVE it!

QuestionDoes the Omni Plus contain a rotisserie option?

- Answer Yes, it have a Roast option and a Rotisserie kit which can handle up to 5lbs. There is a rotate option for it to spin if you using the the rotisserie kit.

Questiondoes it come with ventilation? i want to place it over my stove. i want to take out my microwave and only have a toaster but can't seem to find a toaster that includes a ventilator so that i can place over the oven.

- Answer Yes! You can choose to use the convection or not. On the right hand side of the options, convection and rotation are optional with several of the settings.
