It can slow cook, braise, sear/sauté, keep warm and Manual #1 for cooking at low temperatures for longer times or Manual #2 for cooking at higher temperatures for shorter times. We hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hi Joe! If you do not have the keep warm function turned on, the unit will turn off after cooking. There is not a way to remotely start or pause cooking. We hope this helps!
