• Most likely you need to clean the machine. Refer to the booklet included with the machine. Mine was doing the same thing after only a month of use. Also note they recommend doing a clean run (a 10 oz run with no k-pod in place) ONCE A WEEK. I do love this machine and so far I consider it to be superior to the famous brand (K-----). Good luck!

• Hello Annieg. If the water tank has run empty, all the lights will flash, and there will be a slight humming or grinding noise. Refilling the water tank to between the MIN and MAX lines and touching any key will stop the alert. This will restore the Instant Pod to regular working order. If the flashing light continues, please contact Customer Care via the Instant Home website.
